HUBUNGAN SUMBER BIAYA DAN PEMILIHAN KELAS PERAWATAN DENGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP

RELATED BETWEEN SOURCE OF BUDGET AND ELECTION OF CLASS TREATMENT WITH QUALITY OF NURSING SERVICE AT AM. PARIKESIT HOSPITAL TENGGARONG EAST KALIMANTAN

ABSTRACT

Background: The measurement quality of nursing service with three dimensional aech of patient dimension, profession dimension and process dimension. This research, quality of nursing service will measure and will be related with source of budget and election of treatment class. Measurement of quality nursing service will measure of patient dimension with indicator tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance and emphaty
Objective: To get a related between source of budget and election of treatment class with quality of nursing service at AM. Parikesit Hospital Tenggarong East Kalimantan.

Method: The study use d a descriptive design with cross sectional approach with quantitative research type. Sampel use purposive sampling with as many as 61 people. Data were collected with closed structure questionare and grouped in demography data, source of budget, election of treatment class and measurement of quality of nursing service with five indicator measure tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance and emphaty.

Result: The result of study showed quality of nursing service AM. Parikesit Hospital Tenggarong East Kalimantan is very good (0,0%), good enough (32,8%), inadequatte ( 62,8%) and bad (3,8%). indicator of Tangibles with score very good (0,0%), good enough ( 18,0 is%), inadequatte( 77,0%) and bad (4,9%). Indicator of Reliability with score very good (0,0%), good enough (44,0%), inadequattee (54,1%) and bad ( 1,6%). indicator of Responsiveness with score very good ( 0,0 is%), good enough ( 72,1 is%), unfavourable ( 27,9%) and is bad ( 0,0%). indicator of Assurance with score very good ( 0,0 is%), good enough ( 42,6 is%), unfavourable ( 54,1%) and is bad ( 3,3%). indicator of Emphaty with score very good ( 0,0 is%), good enough ( 34,4 is%), unfavourable ( 45,9%) and is bad ( 19,7%). There is a difference which significan of[ quality nursing service evaluated from source of the budget in AM. Parikesit Hospital Tenggarong East Kalimantan with analysis of varians 1 band equal to 4,012 with signifikansi less than 5%. There is a difference significant of quality nursing service from election of treatment class in .AM. Parikesit Hospital Tenggarong East Kalimantan at with analysis of varians 1 band equal to 9,541 with signifikansi less than 5%.

Conclusion: Based on the result of the study, majority respondent expressing the quality of nursing service at AM. Parikesit Hospital Tenggarong East Kalimantan in inadequatte category with frequency 62,3% and found a difference significant quality of nursing service given treatment if evaluated from source of budget and election of treatment class.

INTISARI

Latar belakang: Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dapat di ukur dengan tiga dimensi yakni dimensi pasien, dimensi profesi dan dimensi proses. Pada penelitian ini, kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di ukur dan dihubungkan dengan sumber biaya dan pemilihan kelas perawatan. Pengukuran kualitas di ukur dari dimensi pasien dengan indikator yang di ukur meliputi tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance dan emphaty

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan sumber biaya dan pemilihan kelas perawatan dengan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah AM. Parikesit Tenggarong Kalimantan Timur.
Metode: Jenis penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriftif analitik, pendekatan cross sectional dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk pengambilan sampel data kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, dengan responden sebanyak 61 responden. Instrumen untuk pengambilan data digunakan kuesioner terstruktur dengan bentuk pertanyaan tertutup yang dikelompokkan dalam data demografi, sumber biaya, pemilihan kelas perawatan dan hasil pengukuran kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dengan lima indikator yang di ukur meliputi tangibles, reliability, responsivness, assurance dan emphaty.

Hasil: Penilaian responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum AM. Parikesit Tenggarong Kalimantan Timur secara umum adalah sangat baik (0,0%) dan kurang baik (62,8%). Indikator tangibles dengan skor kurang baik (77,0%). Indikator reliability dengan skor cukup baik (44,0%) dan kurang baik (54,1%). Indikator responsiveness dengan skor cukup baik (72,1%) dan tidak baik (0,0%). Indikator assurance dengan skor cukup baik (42,6%) dan kurang baik (54,1%). Indikator emphaty dengan skor cukup baik (34,4%), kurang baik (45,9%) dan tidak baik (19,7%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sumber biaya dan pemilihan kelas perawatan dengan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan.
Kesimpulan: Mayoritas responden menyatakan kualitas perawatan di RSUD AM. Parikesit Tenggarong Kalimantan Timur berada pada kategori kurang baik dengan frekuensi sebesar 62,3% dan ada hubungan yang signifikan tingkat kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan jika ditinjau dari sumber biaya dan pemillihan kelas perawatan.
